By accessing or using the website of The Love Family Alumni — North America Zone ("LFA", "we", "us", or "our"), including the Member Dashboard, Business Directory, and community platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Membership Eligibility & Annual Dues
Membership is open to verified alumni and associates of the Love Family fellowship. Regular members maintain good standing through the annual contribution of membership dues ($100 per member annually), which directly funds community initiatives, alumni coordination, and fellowship programs.
3. Community Code of Conduct & Directory Usage
The Love Family Alumni network is founded on Christian love, mutual respect, professional integrity, and fellowship. When utilizing the Alumni Directory, Business Directory, or discussion channels:
- You agree not to scrape, harvest, bulk-export, or commercialize contact information of fellow alumni without consent.
- You agree not to send unsolicited mass solicitations, spam, or promotional campaigns to alumni email addresses.
- Business listings in the Business Directory must be legitimate, owned or operated by members in good standing, and comply with all applicable local trade laws.
4. Akpo Family Scholarship Program
All applications submitted for the Akpo Family Scholarship must contain truthful, accurate, and verifiable academic and personal documentation. Providing misleading academic information or fraudulent credentials will result in immediate disqualification and revocation of alumni good standing.
5. Intellectual Property & Emblem Rights
The name "The Love Family Alumni", the official circular crest, conference identity ("Thy Kingdom Come — Matthew 6:10"), historical media archives, and website design assets are the exclusive property of The Love Family Alumni and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
